Alex bravely fought this disease but ultimately succumbed to it. Alex brought light, happiness and laughter to everyone. His energy was boundless. His passion for music, dance, yoga and all things "hippie' were well known.

At a young age, Alex taught himself to play guitar and harmonica. He enjoyed snowboarding in the winter and surfing in Florida in the summer. He was and is loved by so many people.

Please consider a donation to "Alex Combes Memorial Fund" at Recover Revolution, 1820 Hwy 35, #33, Wall, NJ 07719, a 501c3 non-profit with a primary purpose to help those who suffer from addiction get into and stay into recovery. The above picture is Alex returning from work with a handful of lamps that his place of employment had replaced and he thought to donate them to the house/s.  In typical Alex fashion, he made comment that resulted in himself laugh.
